Scott, Gavin and the entire gang were wonderful in getting our pool from what looked like a swamp (thank you 2022 rain bomb) to blue in two days. Amazing. Great service and very prompt. Sensational.

I have been going to The Pool Barn for years and love the team there! They are always extremely polite and friendly. I often have pool related questions and they are always happy to listen to my queries. They recently recommend a pool robot that I found was more than I wanted to spend. Instead of buying it, I found a "good review" on one online... which I bought and is just rubbish - buy cheap, pay twice... (sigh). Professional recommendations are priceless and I should have bought the one they recommended in hindsight. 😀 My son just loves going there and calls it the lolly pool shop as they are so kind and often hand out some of their customer lollies to him. Thank you again Scott and team!

So helpful when my pump stopped working. I disconnected it and took it to them and they were able to undo it and find the problem - a gum nut! - and I was fixed in less than half an hour for a very reasonable price. Best perhaps to go midweek when they are not so busy. Lovely to deal with. Thanks again.
