At The Pool Barn, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our pool and spa products, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not entirely happy with your product, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Eligibility for Return:
- Unused Products:Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Receipt Required:A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

- Clearance items
- Made to Order products
- Items marked as non-returnable unless faulty
How to Return:
